چکیده
Abstract In vitro culture is not only known for the mass propagation of medicinal plants, it can also be used to boost accumulation useful metabolites. This work was aimed at studying potential elicitation on antioxidant secondary metabolites in different Musa species accessions. Shoot cultures selected six spp. accessions were micropropagated Murashige and Skoog mineral-based medium, supplemented with indole-3-acetic acid 6-benzylaminopurine. Different temperatures (15, 20 26 °C), doses sucrose (30–50 g/L) jasmonic concentrations (JA, 50–200 µM) as elicitors medium. High-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC) coupled effect-directed analysis (EDA) compare characterize all 71 samples from reveal compound zones antioxidant, antidiabetic anticholinesterase activities. All plant tissue experiments increased total phenolic content (TPC) activity Extracts plants grown °C gave highest TPC activity. Addition JA (200 higher contents (40 g/L or 45 well. Not compounds but activities detected elicited The system presented this study could serve a sustainable, consistent reliable alternative means bioactive supply production biopharmaceuticals.

The Interaction of Jasmonic Acid, Sucrose and Light Is Reflected in Photosynthetic Pigment Metabolism in Potatoes Grown in Vitro
We previously demonstrated that sucrose and jasmonic acid (JA) interact duringin photosynthetic in the regulation of development and pigment metab olism of the potato (Solanum tuberosum L cv. Sante) grown in vitro. In this study, the research was extended to the effect of light irradiance and quality on sucrose and JA mediated changes. Potato plantlets grown from stem node cul ture were grown...
متن کاملrole of cultural iran in promotion of multilaieralism in central asia and caucasus
cultural iran is a scope that is more extended than the political territories of iran as a political unit. this concept means that cultural geography(mehdi moghanlo-1383-1) of iran is greater than its political geography which, according to history, has a long history extending west-east from kandahar to the euphrates and north-south from the persian gulf to the caucasus including transoxiana a...

BACKGROUND Elicitation, which is a way of inducing plant secondary metabolism, may be an effective method for improving the quality of plant food. The aim of this study was to determine how the application of jasmonic acid (as an abiotic elicitor) and yeast extract (as a biotic elicitor) influences the production of some bioactive compounds in marjoram and the antioxidant activity of this herb....
متن کاملIn vitro Callus Induction and Rosmarinic Acid Quantification in Callus Culture of Satureja khuzistanica Jamzad (Lamiaceae)
In the present study, an efficient protocol has been developed for callus induction and production of RA in callus culture of Satureja khuzistanica for the first time. In vitro callus induction was achieved from young shoot tip explants cultured on MS and B5 media supplemented with different concentrations of IBA (0.1, 1.0, 2.0 and 5.0 mgl-1) solely or in combination with cytokinins BAP and KIN...
